APACE helps you maintain a grease and odor-free space and simplifies maintenance by eliminating the hood.
The APACE Recirculating Grill has passed stringent ETL testing that requires a 100% smoke capture from Intertek. A premium German blower and a push air motor ensures that grease-laden air from the cooktop is pulled through the filtration system and recycles clean air back into the environment.

THREE ZONE COOKTOP
Our improved heating elements were designed to generate and retain heat faster and longer. There is an edge-to-edge cooking surface that can be utilized in three(3) different heat control zones.
HMI TOUCH SCREEN
APACE is smart! The integrated HMI touchscreen allows for convenient temperature control. The fan speed prolongs the filter life and optimizes fan and smoke capture. It also provides immediate diagnostic feedback through analytical graph displays.
MANUAL PULL STATION
Our patented moveable platform enables the plenum frame to slide in and out for easy access to the ductwork and filters. This saves you time and money by increasing the efficiency of cleaning and maintenance.
INTERGRATED FIRE SYSTEM
APACE is equipped with a pre-engineered UL 300 Buckeye Fire Suppression System that has its own detection links and a manual pull station. There are two(2) external nozzles & one(1) internal nozzle that releases a non-toxic fire suppression chemical for safety measures.
